OUR PHILOSOPHY
At the Vulcan Daycare Society, we understand that children's early years have a lasting impact on their lives. We see children as capable, mighty learners and citizens. We believe that relationships with children, their families, and the community are important for children to develop their sense of place in the world. We value the interests and strengths of the children, and we plan purposefully for children to learn through play, building on their natural dispositions to learn.

Our waitlist is based on many factors that need to be considered such as age, siblings' ages, Siblings of children currently enrolled;
Children of daycare employees; Families on parental leave returning to care; Returning families who previously held a space and left in good standing; having space in the other rooms when a child ages out of his/her current age group, and the amount of staff we have to ensure ratios are met at all times.
